Description
A friend told me she saw powdered grape Tang at the Offutt AFB commissary in Bellevue Nebraska. I had my father take me there last week and he bought me three big old canisters of it. It's just as good as it was in the early 80s! The canister is domestic, not intl, written all in English with an address for Kraft Foods Global in Tarrytown, NY. I hope they're going to start marketing it widely again!

Found a Grape Tang TV commercial, aired during coverage of Apollo 15 activity on the moon (7/31/71, CBS). Strangely, an ad for a Barbie and Dancer drawing set was in the same commercial block. Guess why: The Apollo coverage pre-empted Saturday morning cartoons! In the Barbie ad, Dancer was a cartoon horse.
