The chippety chocolatey ice cream bar I used to eat was just like the Good Humor Chocolate Eclair Desert bar but, instead of the soft chocolate innards, it had a small blob of chocolate bar on the stick. A post ice cream bonus. :0)

Chippedy Chocolaty was basically the same as Good Humor candy center crunch but had chocolate eclair cake style crumbs on outside. Made by Hood & sold on ice cream trucks in New England in the 70s-80s. How 'bout Hostess Choco-Bliss? Now that was Chocolatey
And the chocolate in the middle was DARK chocolate! :-)
