My daughter is 51 yrs. old. When she was 15, I bought her a Navy blue long sleeved T-shirt with dropped shoulders, at Surf & Wear in Santa Barbara, CA. She used it, put it in storage & just recently brought it home for me to try on. She doesn't fit in it now. I am wearing the same T-shirt, I am 82 years old. The shirt is in great shape & feels like silk. I love it. Just wanted you to know of the quality of merchandise you had/have. Thank you so much.

There's an aspect to the hang ten t shirts most don't think about. Because they were cut with a raglan sleeve, the blue one was just like Dr. McCoys medical short sleeved shirt on the Original Star Trek. I just sewed a star trek science officer patch over the two surfer feet on the left breast. If you added a black narrow pointed stretch knit collar to it you had a true Trek uniform when there was no such thing for fans. SO I am looking for a blue one today. The fabric was thick and shiny (brushed) cotton so it had a REAL tunic body to it. If any one knows where to find one, call me 281 992 2590 in Texas.

In 1964-1967 I MADE the Mens Hang Ten swim trunks in Long Beach,then later they moved to Signal Hill.Ca.I have 4 girls and when we went to the beach,they would say," Look mom there are your pants".At the present I am looking for the manufacture that makes them now.I am a Grt.Grn.mom now.I think they are in Orange co.somewhere.

Recently,2014 december, visiting USA California Coast, as a Brazilian surfer that I'm since early 70's, I was taking a walk, nearby 120, West "I" Street, Encinitas - Ca, wearing a colorful, striped Hang Ten tee shirt, and subtly, a very polite Sir, jumped in front of me, from inside the cofee store and stopped me at the side walk in front of his own business The Potato Schack Cafe, and asked where I'd been bought that beautiful piece of cloth from the world wide knowed surf brand named Hang Ten. He was the General manager from Hang Ten's business at the very begining, a man who stayed close Duke Boyd for several years. He showed me a lot of advertisements posters from that age, beautiful placed and held at the wall's Potato Schack Cafe store. We laughed a lot and told each other the legends about Hang Ten from both our country.
